Rebekah Murphy is co-CEO of Hub Australia, where she leads brand, growth and commercial strategy. With more than 20 years’ experience across marketing, customer experience and executive leadership, she specialises in translating customer insight into commercial outcomes. At Hub, she drives growth through a hospitality-led approach to workspace, creating value for members, teams and landlords.
Hans Pearson is CEO, chairman and co-founder of StoreLocal, a Brisbane-based self-storage group with more than 45 locations nationally. After more than 15 years building the business, he led a recapitalisation in June 2025 via a majority sale to global asset manager BlackRock, positioning the group for its next phase of growth. StoreLocal has since scaled significantly, with enterprise value approaching $1 billion. Hans’ earlier career spans legal, funds management, investment banking and property development roles across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Daniel West is director – development & investment at Jeckra, with more than 10 years’ experience spanning architecture, planning and full lifecycle asset delivery. He specialises in social infrastructure, with a current focus on childcare portfolio acquisition, entitlement, design risk and disposal — operating at the intersection of development execution and capital strategy.
